At Step One, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
